Joanna has been working in the business aviation industry for almost 18 years since she graduated from Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC) in 2006 and starting her career as business jet charter sales in CITIC General Aviation.

From 2009, Joanna joined Mingsheng Leasing Corporate Jet Business Unit as VP and led the team for business jets sales, funding and assets management.

Joanna founded Jet Link in 2019 and focus on Business Jet sales, acquisition, charter services, asset management and global Airports VVIP channel services.

She was the ChairWoman of AsBAA China Chapter and Beijing Business Aviation Association (BBAA) General Secretary. With her almost two decades’ experience and expertise in business aviation, she has established firm relationships with solid contacts in different fields of the business aviation industry from VVIP clients to regulators, all the OEMs, aircraft operators, brokers, financial and legal institutions.
